Cancellations within less than 24 hours of appointment

If you need to cancel a scan within 24 hours of your appointment then your payment is lost. This cannot be rescheduled as we would be unable to sell this space in such a short time.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the appointment then a refund can be made minus an admin charge of £5. (This covers our card charges, text charges, lost sales as cannot resell and paperwork costs)

Rescheduling appointments

If more than 24 hours before the appointment you wish to reschedule your appointment then this can be done at no cost providing you call and re arrange directly with the studio.
Please be reminded that Meet your Miracle is a non diagnostic provider and we do not diagnose issues in pregnancy.

Refunds for scan bundles

If you purchase a bundle of scans (Reassurance bundle or Premium bundle) please be mindful that if a refund is required as all scans could not be taken then all the individual scans are charged at full price and this total is then taken from your bundle payment and any outstanding money can be refunded minus the standard £5 admin charge. Please note that scans cannot be transferred to another pregnancy or to another person.

Please ensure you attend all your NHS appointments and scans.
Meet Your Miracle only offer abdominal scans so please ensure you are 8 weeks into your pregnancy to ensure your pregnancy is visible.

Corona Update 1/3/2020

We are remaining open in this National Lockdown and adopting safety measures throughout our studios. On arrival we will take your temperature and ask that you sanitise. Masks are also mandatory for over 11’s. You are permitted to bring only 1 person to the scan with you from the same household. If you are feeling unwell prior to your scan please contact us and do not attend. The primary purpose of all our scan packages is the protection and maintenance of the health of mother and baby. We cannot offer rescans sadly as the primary purpose for the scan will no longer be wellbeing.

Can all ladies being scanned wear a mask to protect our sonographers as well as yourself. Everyone else will be expected to wear masks as per government guidelines.
